Melissa, known as MS. Simplicity, launched her professional organizing business in 2008 while practicing family law in North Dakota.

With a J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law, she discovered her talent for bringing order to life’s most challenging moments.

In 2018, as empty nesters, she and her husband embraced a major transition, downsizing from their four-bedroom home in North Dakota to a one-bedroom condo in downtown Bellevue—an experience that deepened her understanding of life’s big moves.

By 2023, Melissa channeled her expertise into creating a comprehensive luxury move management service, designed to help others navigate the complexities of downsizing and relocation with ease.

Lending an empathetic ear, while moving the project forward, is a special skill Melissa has.  No client is ever the "worst" she has seen, and if it is, she has the manners to never tell you or anyone else.
