Melissa, aka MS. Simplicity, began her professional organizing business in 2008 while practicing family law. She realized that she had a gift of creating order out of chaos during difficult times. 

Melissa's background in the legal profession as a lawyer ethically required her to keep confidences. She understands the importance of keeping her client's privacy. She has taken those ethical obligations to her Senior Move Manager and Professional Organizing business. 

Lending an empathetic ear, while moving the project forward, is a special skill Melissa has.  No client is ever the "worst" she has seen, and if it is, she has the manners to never tell you or anyone else.
